Optional age on signup and the desk. Auto-generated brackets pair neighbours by
age with byes spread down the sheet; teams without an age are placed at random,
fully random when no ages exist. Release 0.6.0.

Byes now cascade through the whole bracket (a slot nobody can fill is a bye or
a void), re-run on server start so stuck tournaments recover. New manual
bracket builder on the desk: pick round-1 pairings per match. Tests at 5-23
teams for both bracket types. Release 0.5.0.

Matches whose opponent comes from a live match now show in the queue and under
courts as 'X vs winner on Court 2 · ready ~time', which is what double
elimination needed. Score keeper access is a QR per court on the desk plus a
printable page; the copy-link button is gone. Release 0.4.1.

A per-court signed link from the desk opens a full-screen scoring page with
big +/- buttons, undo, best-of sets, and a confirmed Finalize step; it follows
whatever match is on the court and can never edit a finished result. Public
court cards show the estimated finish time. Release 0.4.0.

Tournament engine (pools, single/double elimination, standings with proper
tiebreaks, withdrawals, two-court queue with ETAs and alerts), a single-process
Node server with SQLite via node:sqlite and a WebSocket live board, organizer
desk, QR landing page that follows the tournament phase, Dockerfile and
compose with cloudflared, and documentation for deploying and running a day.
